Miramar Beach Villas?

I%26#39;m a snowbird, in the midst of a search for a monthly rental for January and February, and found a listing for Miramar Beach Villas. I think it might be in the general area between Majestic Sun and Amalfi. Also mentioned are the adjoining Shoppes of Miramar. Can anyone confirm that this development is a reality, and not still totally under construction?

What I can figure out is it is partially still under construction. There is a finished one listed on VBRO, so obviously some are complete.

I don%26#39;t believe the Shoppes of Miramar are leased or sold yet, they may not be completed either.

I would ask the rental agent the completion date, but I wouldn%26#39;t count much on the Shoppes.

Seems like what we could count on would be rather heavy construction activity. The one that%26#39;s completed and ready to rent sure looks nice, but I think we%26#39;ll wait until next year to try out that new development. Thanks, Semco, for your reply.

Sandywhite, January is 6 months away. Why don%26#39;t you at least call the rental agent and ask for the expected completion date.

Six months away, yes ... but as in another subject here, I%26#39;m obsessed with Destin and feel compelled to do my research now. I also like the feeling when all reservations are made, and I can just look forward to our visit. Actually, I%26#39;ve found our favorite winter lodgings at a late date, due to needed changes in plans, etc. We really don%26#39;t need the 4 bedrooms that this villa offers, but I was curious about the status of construction there. And hey, I%26#39;ve seen much, much worse than the gold bedspread. Oh my yes.......
