we used mears from orlando to i-drive and i think that they do from sanford as well. go on there website and find out or take a taxi from sanford it will take about hour an hour

Do i need to book anything or can I just jump on a bus at the airport when i get there ?

You don%26#39;t have to book in advance, unless you are arriving in the evening. Daytime, you might find someone who has already booked a car or van and will share if you pay half.
