We will be making our first trip to Disney World (spring 2007) and hear many wonderful things about Windsor Hills and their villas? Does anybody know if there is still construction going on in the existing areas, specifically streets like Basnett, Dinville, Manesty, Daulby (or any way to find out)?

We were there last month and stayed in the condos, but we also drove around the complex and I did not notice any construction. I do know when we were there they were still working on basketball and tennis courts. Call directory and get a number for the WH Clubhouse, they can answer all your questions. Our condo was less than a year old.
We stayed there in June. The new villa construction is all the way in the back. We drove down Daulby to go to an open house that street is far from the construction.
Good choice - Windsor Hills is a great resort. Basnett, Dinville, Manesty, Daulby have all been completed for some time. Windsor Hills Reserve is presently being constructed to the west of the resort.
Thank you much to everyone for the info. It sounds like we won%26#39;t be waking to the sounds of hammering in any of the established areas. We are looking forward to our visit, right now the tough choice is deciding among all of the owners who responded to our enquiries. So many people came through with what look like wonderful properties. The family members have spent a lot of time making up their list of favorites.
I know it has been mentioned in other posts, but one very useful website we found was http://ira.property-appraiser.org/. It was a great help in finding out the exact address of each property. We then plotted each property out on a property map which can be found on many websites. I think we were able to determine the address for all but 2 out of 25 replies we received.
