Hi , I%26#39;m booked to stay @ comfort suites maingate east in August with my husband %26amp; 2 kids %26amp; I was wondering if I can get some help about the '; seemingly annoying time share persons'; in the lobby of the hotel ? Has anyone been through this experience %26amp; what advise would you give?
Also I was wondering what the shuttle service for the theme parks is like, the hours %26amp; comfort of the bus ect.
Finally what is their free breakfast like ?
I hope that someone can help me with some valuable info about these topics, thanx in advance.

Hi,
We are also staying at Comfort Suites Maingate East end of July - August and am concerned about the comments on the time share persons.
I%26#39;ve heard that the bus services are eratic but as we have a free hire car included in our booking this doesn%26#39;t concern me. However, if you do receive any information about the hotel I would be interested to hear the replies.

My family stayed at this hotel in June, and I can say that we were not bothered by the timeshare touts at all.
I think the trick is to ignore the offer of reduced themepark rates, and give a firm %26#39;not interested%26#39; if approached while checking in (the timeshare people dress like sports instructors and are easy to spot).
The breakfast is ok, though we tended to go to the nearby Perkins for ours, as we like savoury rather than sweet. Having said that, the breakfast is perfect for filling up hungry kids prior to hitting the theme parks.
Sorry I can%26#39;t help with the shuttle question as we hired a car.
Have a great holiday
My husband and I stayed for two nights this past June. The hotel is great. Clean, comfortable, good service, good location.
We were a little confused about the ';concierge'; that insisted on taking our small suitcase to our room for us and absolutely refused a tip. He then gave me a card and said if I liked his service, I could thank him by stoping by the concierge desk and letting them know. I knew right away what it was about, just a way to get you to go talk to the timeshare and ticket sales people. We didn%26#39;t go there and were never bothered by anyone.
The breakfast was great considering it was free. The fresh baked waffles were the best. The rest of the items were typical continental things like cereal, toast, muffins, donuts. They did have a few other hot items like biscuits and sausage gravy, oatmeal and also some fruit.
We rented a car so I couldn%26#39;t comment on the shuttle service.
The location is great, right across from Old Towne. It gave us a place to go in the evening without dealing with driving and parking hassles. It is about a 5 minute walk to get there. We are actually going back to FL this August and will stay at this hotel again. The pool area and hot tub were awesome. Very clean, nicely landscaped and a great pool bar.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
