Help: (1) Shipwreck Island ? (2) Camera Battery ?

(1) What is available at Shipwreck Island ? We have a 4 year old. She will NOT go under water. So, the water slides are out. I saw the little waterfall looking thing near the road. If there are only 2-3 activities that she would like, I really don%26#39;t want to waste the money.

(2) Anyone know of somewhere here to purchase a Canon digital camera battery ? This is not a typical battery that you can just pick up at Wal-mart (although they did have one for a Kodak camera). This is a rechargeable battery back type.

www.miraclestrippark.com is the website for shipwreck island. They have pictures and info that you can look at.

Walgreen%26#39;s and Eckerds is where I have found my batteries before.

Try Radio Shack for the battery, there is one at the corner of Front Beach %26amp; Hutchison (Mid-Beach)

Either website will take you to the Ship Wreck website. Good call lilbunnygirl on the Radio Shack. I will have to remember that when we come down.

Thanks for the info.

kuponklipper---The websites mentioned here will give you a chance to see and read more about the Park. We took our youngest to Shipwreck for the first time when she was 3. She doesn%26#39;t have a problem going under water but height restrictions kept her from some of the rides. The lazy river is a great choice for little ones....

can get on the float w/you and enjoy the water there. Also the kids

section has alot for the little folks. If she won%26#39;t go under the water, will she sit on the edge of the wave pool and let the waves come up to her legs? The more she%26#39;s in it, the more daring she may become. The pool w/the skull might be a good starting point for her too. It%26#39;s probably 3 feet to 4 feet deep but hanging on to you or another adult she might enjoy it. They do have a reduced rate for younger children so that would make it easier to deal with.

With our girls our problem was keeping them out of the deep water not getting them in it!!
