Please let me know about your most enjoyable meals at the park. We are on a free dining plan so price doesn%26#39;t matter! Yeah! Not interested in character dining, have two boys with hearty appetites, not too adventurous but they do like seafood.
We are planning on BOMA at Animal Kingdom Lodge, Kona and Ohana at Polynesian, and Le Cellier Steakhouse at Epcot. One tip we got was ';eat at Ohana on the day you%26#39;re in Magic Kingdom, because it%26#39;s very easy to get there on the boat and back';. Any tips like this that would save us time will be welcome, as we will be at the All Star Resorts which, I hear, can be a hassle to get in and out of efficiently. Don%26#39;t wanna be late for any of our dining reservations!
Your Disney Dining Tips Please!
Hi Joe,
Not the best food on earth, but Sci-Fi-drive in at MGM is a blast, and the kids love to sit in the cars. Check it on Disneyworld.com.
Your Disney Dining Tips Please!
Boma is my favorite!!! I could go on and on about their food. Also eating in Germany at Epcot can be great fun. You sit at large tables usually with other couples/families. There is a performance of traditional German music with an all you can eat buffet ( which I really like.) Also the Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge is great fun for families, as is Artist Point also at WL. There is a new Irish restaurant which we quite like at Downtown Disney...Raglan Road. Don%26#39;t miss the Flame Tree at Animal Kingdom. If you like Barbeque, their ribs and chicken can%26#39;t be beat! In comparison the All Star %26#39;s food court, is adequate, if you are really hungry, but nothing special. Have fun!
When your at Epcot, Cape May Cafe is close by and located at the Yacht/Beach club. It has a good dinner buffet. They have shrimp, clams, fish, as well as a carving station, pizza, pastas, salad%26#39;s, very good potato%26#39;s and BBQ.
We love Boma as well. But our favorite hands down in the california grill at the top of the comp. The fireworks over the MK is just...well. disney at its best.
Hello joesorce,
At MGM Studios 50%26#39;s Prime Time Cafe with the Sci-fi Dine in Theater coming in second.
Magic Kingdom The Liberty Tree Tavern for dinner even though it%26#39;s a character meal your boys would love the family style all you can eat meal which includes Turkey, Steak, Ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegetables, mac and cheese, salad, delicious home made biscuits and dessert.
Your choice of Le Cellier at Epcot is a good one, love the pretzel bread and cheddar cheese soup!
IF you have a bunch of big eaters with big appetites, how about the buffet meal at Crystal Palace?
It%26#39;s an ';all-you-can-eat'; buffet with lots of variety, and there aren%26#39;t too many of those at Disney.
Here%26#39;s a link to the menu for the buffet there for both lunch and dinner:

Hi Healin,
Yeah 50%26#39;s Prime Time is a laff riot. the wait people are so quick witted! I was told to take my elbows off the table about 5 times, and when asked if I wanted dessert I told my waitress, that ';Auntie Edie says I%26#39;m too big to eat desserts.';
Wihout skipping a beat she said,';Oh SHE should talk!!!';
I also drew a nice picture of the waitress with my complimentary crayons, and she put it up on the fridge.
My ';inner child'; was yelling ';I color good...I color good';! You can%26#39;t get too carried away with the magic, I always say.
Let%26#39;s not underestimate how much fun it is to sing songs and wave our napkins around at Chef Mickey%26#39;s :-)))
The Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club Resort has excellent steaks, and great food all the way around. It%26#39;s just a quick walk or boat trip from the International Gateway entrance to Epcot.
OMG Moose you kill me. LOL! I wish I was at 50%26#39;s the day you were there getting your picture hung on the fridg, I would have enjoyed watching you in action:):)
I have found the most wonderful site that you must check out!! go to www.wdwinfo.com and then click on the discussion forum and click on restaurants. you will even be able to see photos of the food to help you make up your mind. hope you have a great trip.
