This last week is dragging

One week to go till we are off to florida for 3 weeks and it is dragging like mad. It has been booked for over a year but no other holidays has seemed to take so long in coming. I seem to be the only one who%26#39;s excited the hubby say%26#39;s he does%26#39;nt know why he feels this way I think the british heatwave could be getting to him. This is our first time to florida but we have been to the caribbean this time last year so we are used to the heat but all we did was lay in the sun and we were still shattered.I am assuming you are better equipped for the heat than we are here aircon in shops etc

I have been told by others who were not 100% convinced about going but then they loved it so I am hoping he will be the same. The kids are really blase about it but that usually changes when we get to the airport here%26#39;s hoping. I will enjoy it whatever I will leave all the miseries in the hotel room lol!

This week will soon end and you will be there before you know it - if its your first time you will love it and possibly be talkin bout returning before this vacation has ended - i wasnt too fussed bout the place prior to being invited to a wedding there in Jan 2003 (it was my brothers - i had to go!) but once there i was hooked - i returned in Jan 2005 for a cpla wks and im currently waiting for Dec 28 to come round so i can complete my hat trick - 3wks this time (pls dont think bout wks draggin - i got months!).

You will love it - the partner will love it and so will the kids - have a great time....

Robb 1793 the time will slip away quickly - do not worry about that. I hope the family get in the mood because it is a bad place to lose your mojo.

I am sure everything will work out well. I am also certain that the weather will be OK - if a little cooler than today in the UK - another all time record high temp in this area.

... and don%26#39;t be distracted - make sure you pack well and don%26#39;t forget those essentials that you should have listed from all the threads you have read on TA.
