Reef Club Condos - has anyone stayed there?

Please give any feedback you can on this condo development. Thinking of booking and want to know other%26#39;s experiences. Thanks!

Reef Club Condos - has anyone stayed there?

My family has made a tradition out of staying there. It%26#39;s not fancy but we really enjoy the setup. Every room has a beach view; it%26#39;s L-shaped, and the pool, tennis court and grilling area are inside the L, so you can easily look and see where everyone is, unless they%26#39;re on the beach -- then it%26#39;s a little far. I believe there%26#39;s also a playground.

If you get a room on the ';first'; floor (parking is on the ground), then you get a staircase from your balcony to the ground. That%26#39;s REALLY nice -- no trudging to the elevator and waiting for a ride!

I stayed in Unit 108. I cannot recommend it. The Room

had some of the nastiest carpet, A big stain was on the floor

in the Living Room. When I notified the owner she said that did

not have time to clean it as they rent they out Weekly. I paid a

85.00 cleaning fee and had to do my own cleaning. None of the windows in the sliding doors were clean also the door stuck and would not open properly. Dust all over the fans cobwebs in the corners. They do not provide chairs or umbrellas for the beach so each time you go to the beach you have to carry your stuff. Also when you leave the owner wants you to clean all towels you use and replace all the dishes in the cabinets. Each Unit is owned indivdually this owner had Unit 108, 403, 407.

Perhaps some of the other Units are not as run down.
