I am looking to plan a honeymoon in florida, and came across naples. i wanted to know if naples is a good place for a honeymoon, we are looking for a nice relaxing place with good beaches, and not to expensive. Any recommendations in terms of hotels or anything would be very helpful.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. We%26#39;re going to need a lot more info. to help you plan a good trip. When are you planning your honeymoon? Where will you go first? When do you plan on coming to Naples, and how will you get here? What price range of hotel is in your budget? There may be some good hotel bargains to be had here in the summer season.

I think Naples is the perfect place for a honeymoon. We just got back and marvelled at how serene the place is. Not a lot of people so if you are into crowds and the hustle and bustle, Naples in July is not for you. The beach is perfect, easy access and is pretty clean and again, not a lot of people. I think this might be low season as I cannot imagine this place being so quiet year round.

In addition to the beach, we visited Fifth Avenue (dinner and dancing), the Zoo and wowed at the gorgeous real estate. Frankly, I would not want to spend a week there though as there just isn%26#39;t that much to do.

Albeit, I love Naples and would go back for some quiet relaxation and rejuvenation.

P.S. We bunked at the Bayfront Inn. The rooms were clean and the marble bathroom big and spotless.

Naples is a great place for a honeymoon -

lzrandall is correct - we will need the dates to give you the most accurate information on cost - In general, June thru November will be less expensive.

We would be going in august, most likely the third week, but we are changing our minds and going to jamaica, but thanks for the help
