How far is the boardwalk and are there any restaurants/grocery stores that are within walking distance?

Across the street from the Diplomat and S about two blocks if the Hallmark Condo Project. Next door is a small convience store, And next to it (on the corner of A1A %26amp; Hallandale Beach Blvd)is a gas station with a small convience store.

As you are already aware, if you walk across the ICB, there is a Wall Mart on the other side, and several restaurants (including Pedrinos mentioned on the FL Forum) is directly across the street.

I have not heard i the Holly Trolly is back in operation. If so, that makes a big loop from the Diplomat area up Hollywood Beach Blvd, and back around again.
